Kobo aura h20 edition2 screen turn blur ( almost blank)

Hi everyone, I'm a newcomer here. I have a problem with my Kobo aura h2o edition 2, its screen becomes blur ( almost blank) . everything (touch function etc..) work fine. THere are any chances for me to fix it ? I also attached the picture. thanks again.

Have you rebooted? And how old is your eReader?

I owned it for 6 months, I have tried to reboot and reset to factory default setting. The thing is everything work fine ( i have tested ) except the screen has the issue like that.

Then it's probably a hardware issue. Folks, any help?

With the open admission that I'm hand-waving, could this sort of thing occur from severe cold or heat damage?

I'd be looking for a warranty replacement otherwise.

It could. I have no idea if it would be permanent though.
