What Do I Need To Set Up New PC Instance?

After a crash I have to reinstall yet again on a new machine - well, new hard drive.

I remember I had to use a certain Kindle for PC edition to avoid getting files in a format Calibre couldn't handle for conversion and I think I even had to do something special about Adobe Digital Editions.

Time has moved on a lot since I set all that up.

I guess I'll be able to find all my old Kindle libraries on that crashed system disk and my other disks so that's okay.

Just leaves the question of how best to set up this new disk.

Calibre + which Kindle for PC + which Digital Editions or what?

Could I ask for some advice on all that?

Yes, you are correct. It is 1.17.1.
