import highlighted pdf from peripheric folder into Calibre

I highlight when I read apdf on my iPad. I'd like to export a fresh pdf book from Calibre to a peripheral device (an iCloud folder in fact).
Then I'd like to read and highlight.
But how can I reimported the highlighted pdf into calibre to replace the "fresh" pdf ebook that is still in the Calibre Library ?

drag and drop the pdf onto the book details panel in calibre after selecting the book.
