Questions about zip conversion

Previously in calibre I was able to convert to jpeg when I chose to convert from epub to zip. But now when I choose to convert from epub to zip, it's still epub inside. Please let me know how I can convert to jpeg again.

calibre has never been able to convert to jpeg, so not sure what you are asking??
