Calibre crashing with "Service exited due to SIGPIPE"
Started a couple months back and have kept upgrading and am on v5.6 on Mac OS 10.15.7. Throughout the day Calbre is closing / crashing. In Console what I can see are entries where "Service exited due to SIGPIPE". Is this what is causing Calibre to close / crash? Could I get some guidance on how to resolve please?

Most likely it is caused my macOS deleting temporary files calibre is using from under it. Try changing the calibre temp file directory, by setting CALIBRE_TEMPDIR as described here: https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/cus...ment-variables
