[PW2] Problem after memory replecement.

Hi.
My paperwhite 2 has a flash memory failure. It is completely unreadable. I have the appropriate knowledge and equipment to do this repair. I replaced the memory chip, loaded the system and the reader works properly. Unfortunately I lost the "sec" number. I have a serial number, I have pcbsn, the mac address was given to me by consultants from Amazon. Unfortunately, I still cannot register my device. Reports an internal error when registering, even though the consultants registered the equipment for me. They also claim that Amazon does not have this number in its database.
Is there a way out of this situation? Can the sec number be computed somehow with the rest of the correct data? Thank you for your help.
