Clara HD, wireless charging!
Ever since installing KOReader, that's all I use anymore -- I never even bother exiting back to Nickle. Thanks to the wireless content server connection I can now easily transfer books to my Clara HD. Since I have no reason to ever connect a USB cable to my Clara I ended up buying a Qi receiver to stick in the case and I can now wirelessly charge my Clara!! It's so nice to just stick it on my desk cradle now and then when putting it down and never having to think about charging again!

Interesting idea, a picture of the mod would be nice!
I also have a Qi charging patch, but I need to know how to modify the wiring interface internally. |

I didn't do anything internal, I just plugged it into the USB port and folded the pad back and put the case back on -- no major surgery required.

Okay, I see what you're doing, I was trying to complicate things, I thought you were wiring it internally.
But the way you did it, the USB port would have a protrusion and it wouldn't fit smoothly on the wireless charging stand. |

It doesn't stick out any further than the bottom of my case, it's a flush-fit connector.

I've played with one of those adapters from Amazon.ca and it worked well enough. As it sounds like @twowheels did, I just stuffed it into the back of the Clara HD case and plugged the right angle connector into the microUSB port. I was lucky enough that the right angle connector faced the right way. Never made much use of it but fun to play with.
