How is the new page scrolling mode of Nova 2?

Hi,

When you zoom or crop the the margins of a pdf in order to increase the display of text, it becomes very important where or which line the next display begins. In this case, Onyx original pdf viewer divides a single page into two (or more) parts and when you swipe, it marks the place of the last line of the previous part with a dotted line so that you can recognize the overlapping section. However, it cannot help not being-confused. Every page-turn, it is a torture to search for the dotted line.

As far as I follow, Onyx added scrolling mode options for pdfs with its new firmware and I wonder how it works. When you swipe, does the page begins with the last line of the previous display or is there an overlapping section again?

I couldn't see it any of the reviewers' video who claim to present the devices. They actually are very busy to explain features which are not so much related with reading experience.

Well, as the name implies, scroll mode is scroll mode, it works the same way browsing a website on android phone does, with the addition of dotted line where new page begins. Other than that it's no different from how you scroll a website. It works pretty well. As for the reading experience, you're free to install another application, like Kindle one/MoonReader/KOReader/Kobo/Pocket/Google books, or whatever else you like. That's probably why none of the reviews actually focuses too much on the reading app.

I only use the supplied reading app (NeoReader) when I want to scribble something in the book.
