Emailing to Kindle Error

A few days ago I converted and emailed several books to my Kindle. The first 2 worked as usual but when I sent the third and subsequent books, they appear in the 'Manage Content and Devices' tab on Amazon with my email address as the author.
My Kindle Paperwhite ignores this and they appear in the correct author list, but my old iPad 1 with an old version of Kindle does not.
I have updated to the latest version of Calibre but the problem persists.
Any suggestions?

As a footnote I used to send the books slavishly to all my kindle devices until I realised that I just need to send to one. It appears in the download list for all the others.

This is a change in amazons servers. You have to hope they will ix it.

The way that I found around it is to use the send to kindle app, then manually change the author name in the field. You can only do one book at a time, or multiple books by the same author

Don't forget to do it author sort.
