If you can prop it against the wall, a wedge pillow can be good.

I'm a big fan of Book Seats. They're a little on the pricey side, but mine saved my wrists when I was reading Oathbringer in hardcover! thebookseat.com

I've found the Peeramid Reading Pillow very useful. It appears to be no longer in production but there are still a few sales floating about the net.

I would like the bookseat but cannot justify the price and I've never seen it on sale. |

I can’t recommend a specific one, but I still want to share in case it is helpful.
I have neck problems because I spent to much time looking down, part of that is because of reading, so I have to keep the book level with my eyes, so I use this pillows in conjunction with wood stands to prop the book. I have 4 reading pillows all in different places, all of them I made myself, they are easy to do, they are filled with Styrofoam balls, like the ones used in puff chairs, I bought a bag for less than 5 € and it was enough for 5 pillows and I still have some left. I recommend to use a soft fabric like fleece, I made one with a decorative fabric, the same as my couch pillows and it is to slippery. Also if possible put a zipper on them so you can add or take out the filling in case you need to adjust it. I made a white sleeve where I put the filling, and then made the pillowcase for the outside, so I can remove the interior and wash the outside case when needed. For those who don’t sow or own a sewing machine, you can look for an already made pillowcase the size you want and fill it with the Styrofoam balls. |

Ah. I interpreted this as pillows to lean against when reading.

Here’s another vote for the Peeramid - I have one and found it a must using a Kindle Oasis with a heavy cover and / or a tablet (iPad or Samsung). It still looks good after a few years, too.

Try a search for pillow book stand. There are many on Amazon and Walmart. Priced from $12 and up. All depends on what you want and if you need extra pockets, etc.
