HTML Merger
To create your own books which come from multiple HTM/HTML documents easier, I found this tool:
http://iterati.org/ebookTools/vHtmlMerger/Default.aspx

It's called vHtmlMerger,and it works like a charm.
Much easier to merge books together that use one html page per chapter.

Just thought of letting you know.

BookDesigner comes with quite a neat "HTML Merge" tool, too.
