contentserver works only with mobile folder
I am running the contentserver in my home network.
Till last week it was showing everything fine. http://192.168.1.200:8080 but since a week or so when i start the weblink on my phone it shows everything fine. When I refresh the page it stays blank. When i go to http://192.168.1.200:8080/mobile it gives me the result again. When I restart the contentserver on my ubuntu server I can see the content just once on my phone. Then I need to switch to the /mobile version. On my laptop I can look at the http://192.168.1.200:8080 page s much as I want. What can be the problem? I checked it with chrome and firefox on my phone. But the results are just the same. |

It works on my phone. I recommend that you clear Firefox Cache on your phone. Also see: https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/ser...ffline-support My system: Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon bernie |

I forgot to mention that i allready did that.
Cleared the cache from both browsers. Also tried it in private mode. |

Look for errors in the server logs and the browser developer tools console.

I just checked de /var/log, but nothing is logged in the syslog.
Developer tools are not available on android browser. At least as far as I know. |

You get the server logs from Preferences->Sharing over the net and if you are running the standalone server then use --log. And you can coonect your mobile browser to developer tools in chrome on your computer

Thanks a lot!!! I did not know about that "show server logs" option.
I now see that I have a firewall issue. I will dig into that. |

Disabling firewall solved it. Normal view and mobile view does work now.
So I am going to look into my firewall settings to refine that. Thanks for the advice! |
