Library View Screen Drastically Reduced Font Size

My library view screen has drastically reduced the font size, so much so that it's hard to read because the font is so small. Using the usual Windows zoom method (Ctrl and + at the same time) does absolutely nothing in Calibre even though it works in other programs. What am I missing to fix this issue?

Preferences->Look & feel->Interface font size
