Onyx Boox Max - Bootloop
Hi,
maybe there was some water seepage in my onyx, . But I didn't turn it on for a week. I tried to turn it on today and it got stuck on the starting screen. I managed to enter recovery (I don't know how, could you tell me?) and made a wipe cache but it didn't solve the problem. What could I do? Last edited by desk7; 07-03-2020 at 10:17 AM. |

Any suggestion?
Should I try to teardown it? How could I backup files on it? Any information is much appreciated. |

Just to let you know, I contacted ereader store (https://ereader.store/en/) where I bought the onyx 4 years ago and they kindly gave me some instructions to format and install the OS again (with MfgTool2.exe).
I've lost all my data but my Onyx Boox Max works again!!! |
