Found this on the Sony Connect site. For a limited time only (doesn't say how long), Sony is offering a free download of Secret Vampire by L.J. Lang. I don't know about this book, but it says it's the first book in the Night World series. You'll find it on the front page of the Connect site. Or here's a link if it works:

I was wondering when the next sony freebie was going to be.
It has 5 star rating on Amazon but unfortunately for the guys here on mobileread it is targetted at teenage females.
Still a great download for the female Sony owners but guess I'll have to wait for the next freebie.

I've always been able to get the free Sony books in Australia. That includes the free classics and the occasional free offers..

(Credit card doesn't work though.....)

Free books are indeed available to anyone registered at Sony store. However, when registering, you have to tick the checkbox "I live in the United States".
