Hierarchical Tags - See all books in top tag

Hello everyone,

I'm currently organizing my library and used the tags hierarchy to do so.
Right now, I have
- Tag 1
- - Tag 1.1
- - Tag 1.2
- - - Tag 1.2.1
- - - Tag 1.2.2

Right now, I can only see books at the lowest level.
Is there any way to see all books included in the top tag level?

(If unclear : Selecting Tag 1 should display all books included in the sub-levels).

Click the top level tag until you see the two plus signs. For a hierarchical item the order is

1. One plus sign: search for books with this tag
2. Two plus signs: search for this tag and all its children
3. One minus sign: search for everything except this tag
4. Two minus signs: search for everything except this tag and all its children
