Recipe that process search result of NY Times?

I am thinking of using calibre to pull some old NY Times articles through search (I have a digital subscription) into an epub to read offline. To be specific I want the recipe to process a search result (such as the name of a reporter) in NY Times and retrieve all search results into one epub.

I only need to do it once and no need for regular update, but I want to have the articles neatly indexed like a table of contents and I can click on it to select the article to read.

Is there any existing recipe or slight modification of such that can handle this problem?

There is no builtin solution you will need to modify the builtin nytimes recipe changing the parse_index() function to parse the search results page instead.

Thanks a lot for the information. It is, however, way beyond my knowledge to modify the recipe at least at the moment. Perhaps I will need to find another ways to do it.
