Can you create separate files with Scribble?

Hello, I'm looking to buy an e-ereader which I could also use to take notes. The scribble app on PocketBooks (particularly the InkPad 3) has caught my eye, but I'm not entirely sure how it works. Can I go to a folder, open let's say Document1, edit and close it and then create a new Document2 that would be independent on the first one? Or if this isn't possible, could you recommend an e-reader that does this? (I have been looking into Onyx Poke Pro and the Android apps).
Thank you for any response.

Hi Erik, yes you can.
The scribble app saves each page as a .bmp file after you press the icon for a new page, or if editing an existing saved page, it does it immediately. They are found under the Gallery app (not the library app) under My pictures folder.
The .bmp file name is something like picture0003.bmp and is incremented for each new page saved. You can copy or move these files from the My pictures folder to other folders.
You only access files for editing from within the scribble app. If you want to rename the file connect to a pc.
