Calibre and Oasis 3 - communication problem on MacOS Catalina

Hi,
I can not connect my Oasis 3 to Calibre 4.10.1. I use original cable from Kindle. I have tried reset Kindle, but it does not work.
I have pop up screen with message:

"calibre, version 4.10.1
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages/calibre/gui2/device.py", line 90, in run
File "site-packages/calibre/gui2/device.py", line 473, in _get_device_information
File "site-packages/calibre/devices/usbms/driver.py", line 163, in get_device_information
IOError: Błąd dostępu do plików w głównej pamięci urządzenia. Spróbuj jednego z rozwiązań: użyj innego kabla USB lub innego gniazda USB. Jeśli to nie pomoże spróbuj użyć opcji "Przywróć ustawienia fabryczne" w urządzeniu. Jeśli i to zawiedzie być może będziesz musiał skorzystać z pomocy serwisu. Zgłoszony błąd to: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted: u'/Volumes/Kindle/driveinfo.calibre'

Any one had such problem? Is it problem with Calibre or with device?

The error in English is...

Error accessing files in the device's main memory. Try one solution: use a different USB cable or a different USB port. If that doesn't work, try using the "Restore factory settings" option on your device. If that fails, you may have to use the service. The error reported was: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted: u '/ Volumes / Kindle / driveinfo.calibre'

Yes, it does read like it could be a problem with your Kindle. Try a different cable and a different USB port.
