Missing text-formatting menu in Metadata>Comments>Normal View
Hi, can anyone tell me what switch to throw to restore this comments editing feature, see image? I also can't now apply formatting to text in the Normal view using shortcut keys (e.g. Bold using Cmd-B). I can still edit/format comment text by using html code in the html view. Using ver. 4.80 in OSX-Mojave. Have reinstalled but to no avail. Thanks!!

right click and select show toolbars.
