E-book Viewer Scrolling on touchscreen

In version 3, I could scroll through books on my Windows 10 touchscreen. The only iffy part was that when you reached the end of a chapter, it would immediately flip to the next chapter.

In version 4, it scrolls down as long as my finger is touching the screen. As soon as I lift my finger, the book jumps to the beginning of the next chapter. If I scroll up from the beginning page of a chapter, it takes me to the previous chapter as expected. If I scroll up from any other place in a chapter, it takes me to the beginning of the next chapter.

I hope this a bug and not intentional. If so, how do I report it?

IIRC A swipe is recognized as change chapter gesture. Try using 2 fingers to scroll.

Two fingers pinch zoom but do not scroll. Swipe left and right does nothing. Up and down isn't working correctly. I've opened as bug 1856398. Also this is an issue only in "Flow mode". "Page mode" seems to be working correctly.
