Can't Convert One KFX-zip book

I believe I'm set up correctly to convert KFX-zip books in Calibre, but conversion attempts for one book result in a "the book is locked by DRM" error.

I've only got two KFX-zip books in my Calibre library. One converted with no problem in October. But the one I just sideloaded produces the DRM error.

My setup:
Calibre 4.5.0, DeDRM 6.6.3, KFX Input 1.25.0, and KFX Output 1.35.0 are all installed.

(As I had added the book to calibre before updating the KFX input and output plugins, I removed the book and sideloaded it after updating the plugins but the conversion still failed due to the DRM error. This was a tip I read in this forum.)

Thanks for any help in converting this book.

MR rules state that we can NOT provide details on DRM removal. Go visit where you got the tool.
