Amazon online content manger after Calibre usb transfer

Hello All,
new to the forum with my first e-reader, looking to get back into reading .

i apologize if this question has already been asked, or im not understanding the issue i am having.

I used Calibre to transfer books via USB and Email to my kindle paperwhite. i followed all the steps and all in all, i haven't had an issue with any of the novels or books. i even went and added the books i wanted into collections to keep things less chaotic.

the issue or rather pet peeve i am having is i noticed that ebooks transfer via Email show up on the amazon device/content manager webpage, but those transferred via USB do not.

i was wondering seeing as i have already downloaded everything via USB and its on my kindle, if there is a way to get the contents of it to show up in the online manager so as to have it in the future (i.e. upload them under documents from the kindle).

i know its a weird pet peeve, but i would simply like a single online location to manage everything on my kindle when i'm not at home, without having to leave calibre running on my pc at home.

Those books need the "pass thru Amazon" that happens when you use the email method. When you transfer via USB, Amazon is totally out of the loop.

unfortunately that's what i thought. The reason for the annoyance is that i found when doing it via email it either took to long, after which i reduced the delay between uploads. Or they would fail. i suppose i should post a fail report on here to get assistance on that matter.
