Conversion Window not Appearing

I have been using Calibre with no issues until this morning. I add an epub book, as I always have, and right-click on the title for the window and click on convert individually. Normally a new window would appear with the conversion options, now Calibre just hangs. The top menu bar turns gray like it is trying to do something but nothing ever happens as long as I wait. I look at task manager and see a calibre worker process open but nothing ever happens. Please help and thanks for your time.

Sorry forgot to mention I am on windows 10 64bit and using version 4.5.0

OK, I can guess.
For some reason Calibre is now opening that form off screen

Try this while it is supposed to be there
Alt+spacebar then M then use the left arrow key a bunch of times
If this is working, you should see the form enough to drag it back to its favored location.
The unanswered question: Why is this happening (besides it came with the 4.x update, migrating calibre itself from Qt WebKit to Qt WebEngine, because the former is no longer maintained). Where is the RAID guy

I even saw this trick and tried it and nothing, this morning it was the case and worked. Really appreciate the help and now back reading my books. Thanks.
