Question Can someone tell me if I'm doing this wrong please!

Here is a image of how the files look when I store the files to my (USB) flash drive.

When I finish renaming the files to there correct names or to at least something that looks more correct to me I click on (1) and then I hold shift and then click the higher number the last one I edited.

And then I click (save to disk) and I add them to my usb flash drive. But I don't know how to organize them properly.

I know I want to make (2) folders inside the (USB) flash drive 1 for ebooks and 1 for magazines.

And in the magazines I want to organize them by cooking and how to and weight watchers and such. But am not sure how to organize them. And then I plan to make separate the ebooks into weight loss, cookbooks and such but the ones that are just plain ebooks that aren't organized I would just leave in the folder titled "Ebooks".

Should I create folders inside the (USB) like this main folder (Magazine>Cooking, Weight Loss, How-to) And inside each folder do I make folders for each magazine. In the image above you will see a ebook called "1,001 Best Slow-Cooker Recipes_ The Only Slow-Cooker Cookbook You'll Ever Need" there are 3 file there is a .jpg, opf, and a Adobe Acrobat Document. As well as other ebook file types. But the problem is should there be 3 files or did I do something wrong. And how should I organize these files. Just getting started.

So should all the cookbooks be placed in 1 folder or do I need to make a specific folder for each ebook inside the cookbook folder by name.

Ummm I would propose to make three libraries. One that would be the base where all the books come in, another for books and another for magazines. And from the base library copies the book to the appropriate library. I leave it as a suggestion
