send book to another kindle

I would like to send a book to a friend to her kindle, she should put her Amazon address so she can receive it in her kindle, in sharing by email

You add her Kindle address to YOUR Calibre send by email

She need to logon to her Amazon Manage my devices and authorize the email address YOU will send from.

She can't side load from a standard e-mail attachment? Just put her email address into the send by e-mail (and set that for a Kindle friendly format)
