TOC without page numbers for pdf
I'm trying to turn my .pdf file into a printable book on Amazon using calibre 4.2. I can use Calibre to create a version with a Table of Contents at the end of the book.
How do I remove the page numbers from the TOC, so that when I go to manually move the TOC from the back of the book to the front of the book there aren't any page numbers on the TOC pages? |
