Strange behavior of the digitizer

Hi,
I have an Onyx Boox Note, that I bought on ereader.store on 05/2018
But for some weeks I have some problems with it.
After I has experienced the Remarkable stylus on my Onyx Note, and vice versa, I am experiencing some troubles with my Note digitizer. The writing is interrupting, the digitizer stops writing, as if device would be thinking, or in some parts of the screen it works, while in other parts does not, and after digitizer returns to write, straight line appears between the point where it stopped and restarted writing.

I have reset the device to the factory settings, but the problems remains.
Has anyone idea how to solve this problem?

I cannot use it as Note because it stops working and it is very desappointing.

Actualization:
I have heard that an "MFG Tool" can recover it’s function by a “special” reset, and a member of this forum said that “it looks like the reset to the factory settings didn't affect system settings of the digitizer”.
Can anyone help me with this?

My advice would be to contact the ereader.store where you bought it from. I believe they have a two year warranty for European customers so you should still be covered.
