Page Numbers and scroll bar in Viewer

Is planned to add the possibility to see current page number and total pages on the headers?
Is also planned to add a scroll bar?

Just downloaded new version of Calabre and can't find scrollbar or page numbers. How can I fix this?

Page numbers and other stuff can be included in the Header and Footer, margins can be adjusted in Page Layout

I'm also having trouble navigating within books in the book viewer because there is no scroll bar and page up/page down don't always seem to work.

Once the book viewer is open press esc.
Check the "Scroll behavior" category there you can check to have the mouse wheel move forward or not

Try Space and Shift+Space, and/or Arrow Up and Arrow Down.

I think you forgot the 'Go into Preferences' after the 'press esc'.

There's also a check box for having a scroll bar, you may have to refresh ot restart to see it, it's skinny, looks like grey window frame with a black button, has a right click menu.

@Kovid - afaik, there's no indication of the current Mode. Maybe there could be an optional small icon at the end of Header or Footer, a scroll for Flow and a page for Page.
