sorting

Hello,

i got a lot of doc/rtf -files imported to my prs505 (scripts etc. of my study).

I know the feature with the "collection", but i really dont understand the sorting of the files there.

every file got an number at the beginning (i.e. [01]xxxx.doc , [02]xxxx.doc etc.) but the reader seems to sort it confused with no identifiable style.
(does the sony sort it by date in the collection-folder?)

1. How can i let the sony sort the files by name ?
2. And is there a possibility that the sony only show the file-name and NOT the author + title ? (because some professors here dont care about the title and type a meaningful "A" f.e.
