package verify failed

Hi,

I'm from Canada and I have a Onyx Boox Note Pro.

I noticed there were several updates available online.

So It tried to update the file from the cloud, but the note pro said there was no update package available, which is not the case...

I downloaded the newest update from the Onyx website and added the file to Note Pro directly. When I tried to update the file from local storage, the note pro said "Package Verify Failed"

I'm not sure what to do to update the note pro.
Anyone else getting the same error.

I factory reset once and it still does not work.

I'm not positive but I think I downloaded the update as update.upx (or something similar) and had to rename it to update.zip.
