App with minimum font size support?

Hello,

I am looking for an application that supports minimum font size setting, just like the desktop calibre reader.

The problem is, some books have really tiny fonts in some sections, e.g. "Tip" sections, where the italicized font is roughly half of the size of the normal sans font the rest of the text is written in.

I tried PocketBook reader's "Don't use embedded fonts" and "Don't use embedded styles", that did not help to fix font metrics. So, I assume it's somehow hardcoded in epub instructions.

EDIT1: however, the minimum font size setting in desktop calibre reader fixes that, so it's surely not impossible to do.
