File preview in high contrast mode

Hi,

When using high contrast mode in Win 10 / Calibre 3.41.3 I find that the File preview renders black text on a black background. See attachment.

Is there a way of improving the preview?,The editor area seems to be theme-able to ensure good visibility of text.

Thanks.

No not really. The preview cannot automatically override colors specified int he book, or it would not be a very faithful preview. I'm guessing the book does not specify a background-color whichis why it gets changed. Your best bet is to simply alter the CSS file in the book to change the text to white, or just remove its color specification completely.

This is a perfect example of why it's a bad idea to set the colors for the text and/or background.
