Cant tell if power saver is on Note Pro lol

Hi guys Im new here and so far loving the Note Pro. Recently I noticed the battery is being used up faster and I wanted to turn Power saving mode on, but I can’t tell which one is enabled. Which condition has it enabled, is it when the toolbar menu says power saver or normal mode?

Agreed this is really confusing. I don't know if it's saying power saving mode IS ON, or pressing here will TURN IT ON.
