Calibre plugin not connecting. userID issue

I have the plug, up and running. When I go to Net Library and click on my Calibre icon, Moon+ tries to connect and fails. Reason is I implemented userID's on my Calibre server, but the plugin does not seem to have an obvious place to enter the info.

Is there a quick fix for this?

Does this question have anything to do with Calibre Companion? Seems that it is a Moon+ question.
