Hi!

Unfortunately I broke my device.

Is there anyone who can create an image for the Version 2 and share it with me?

For anyone who sees this, the Kobo Aura Edition 2 Version 2 has different hardware to Kobo Aura Edition 2. It needs a different image. If anyone who has an Aura Edition 2 Version 2 can open it and take an image, it would be helpful to anyone that has a problem in the future.

Hello, i have the same problem Kobo Aura N236 (i think it is the same model) screen is freeze and no response anyway. I tryed to make a image and try with another sd card but still the same problem. I hope with a factory image it will work again, otherwise it is death :-(. Thank you very much if somebody can help me (us)..

I have the same problem with my Aura 2 v2. To whom have this version of Kobo please make image for us...

i think due to late release of version 2 of Kobo, our IMAGE we have now not compatible.
So the idea is we can extract the Image of Kobo version 1 we have in hand, and combine with newest firmware from Kobo, example we choose firmware which been releaseed in end of 2018. Anyone think this is workable idea? My kobo is brick and i still miss it.

Did this by any chance get resolved? I'm facing the exact same issue with a version 2 (N236) that's frozen and thus useless.
