Calibre does not show all previous e-books

Hi all,

My calibre suddenly does not show all previous e-books. The previous e-book is still in the library folder, but they are not shown in calibre. I have only one library. In the library folder, I have 129 sub-folders (or previous e-books), but calibre does not show any. Please can you advice. Thank you.

If your books are intact, then make sure you are not applying any filters that may have kept them from view. In the worst case when you don't know what else to do to see them again, just make a new database and import them back.

Thank you for your reply. I attached here a show from my current calibre library - there are only 10 books imported yesterday. While there are many sub-folders in the calibre folder. Do you have any advice, please?

Those green ticks suggest you are synchronising the calibre library folder to OneDrive, that should only be done if you take precautions as per this FAQ ==>> I am getting errors with my calibre library on a networked drive/NAS?

In this context Onedrive, Dropbox etc are network drives.

You are working

, but in the future (all you peeps):
Please include the bottom status line, it contains useful information to helpers.
The one I included tells us :

There is a filter/VL that restricts the view

There is only 1 book selected <<<

look at this often, other selections may be off-screen, and you may NOT want to do the next action on all of them

The last tells us the total KNOWN (to calibre) size count of the Library we are working with
