Onyx Booz Nova Pro Cracked Glass Repair
Apparently I can’t just toss my Nova Pro in my backpack like I do my iPad. I’ve managed to crack the glass in just weeks of owning the thing.
Anyone have experience with Onyx Boox repairs? Is it even possible? |

Alas, I can’t put this on Amazon. They shipped a working unit in perfect condition. I’ll reach out to Onyx and see if they provide any repair options at my expense.

Its really commendable that you are being honest and not sending it back to Amazon.
Do you think its worth asking Amazon about this issue first? Perhaps they might consider the damage as a unit fault. Carrying an e-reader or tablet in one's backpack would of course be considered as a part of normal use. Did your Nova reader have a protective case when it got damaged? If so, then I think you should discuss this with Amazon customer services either way. Good luck!! |
