Installtion error, Please Help
Creating /usr/bin/calibre-fontconfig
Creating /usr/bin/calibre-parallel Creating /usr/bin/calibre Creating /usr/bin/lrfviewer Creating /usr/bin/ebook-viewer Could not find platform independent libraries <prefix> Could not find platform dependent libraries <exec_prefix> Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>[:<exec_prefix>] Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", line 3, in <module> File "iu.py", line 427, in importHook ImportError: No module named encodings You can uninstall calibre by running sudo calibre-uninstall Have no idea what this means. New to linux rather Python + Linux. Please help me. I need to install Calibre on my laptop and upload a bunch of books before i leave on this long trip...... |

I am on Arch Linux 64 Bit,
I was able to install without any issues before. So i am not sure what is holding up this time. Please help.

I have a desktop with Calibre installed Archlinux 64 bit. It works like a charm. My laptop is having issues. Do you think i should post more about the error. You are always the best help. Archforums i am not sure....
