PocketBook Inkpad 3 freeze

Hi PB readers,
I have a strange behavior, After my reading on my PB I put this temporarily on sleep mode. After a while I would like to read again but I can't wake up the PB again. I have tried to push the startup/shutdown button without success. The PB was still in sleepmode.
I have tried to connect the PB via the USB on my laptop and retry to wake up the PB and finally the PB react again.
Is there a way to do a hard reset of the PB or with a certain touch combination to restart the PB?

Press and hold the power button for a few seconds at a time and the back and forth buttons.
