Hi Is it possible to use the text-align-last: center; command and how? It does not work in my calibre setting.

That is a CSS3 setting. It works in a couple of renderers and in Sigil but does require an epub3. The setting does not seem to translate to azw3 or KFX in some rather limited testing a few months back.
