Italic/bold not showing

On one particular book, <i> and <b> tags and CSS rules with "font-style: italic" and "font-weight: bold" are being ignored in the previewer. In case it was just the previewer, I saved the book and opened it with the viewer, and it still doesn't show italic and bold. I don't have this problem with any other book.

I'm attaching a couple of screen shots: the first one uses "font-style: italic" in class "ded", which shows up in the "computed final styles" in the Live CSS pane; in the second I've explicitly added <i>...</i>, which shows up in the editor pane but not the preview.

Does anyone have any idea what can be causing this?

The other place that fonts are specified is in the editor preferences, presumably you changed those to use a font Qt has trouble with. Or youy are mistaken about there being no fonts specified int he book, attach the book and I can check.
