Calibre web interface not loading on networked computers

We are using Calibre 3. It was working fine until now when an unusual error has started to pop up at client end requesting them to update the javascript at their browsers. Javascript is already installed at the client end and working fine with other sites. It is to request you to kindly let us know any solution for it. Screenshots are attached for your information and reference.

that's not a request for a javascript update, that's some kind of error running the javascript. Get them to install the developer tools in their browser and open the console and post the error message.

Issue still exist

Dear Kovid:
I must appreciate your prompt response on the issue. We have checked as you instred and all settings are OK. Although the local host is working fine but the client system is not working. Screenshots are attached for your information. Needs your help sir.

that looks like firefox with its dropped application cache support. Eitherupdate calibre to the latest release or tell your clients to re-enable application cache on non https connections in firefox aboutrefs

I updated Caliber last night but still the issue is exist. We also using chorm not firefox. However issue exists on all browsers like chrome, FF and IE.

the linu numbers in your posted screenshot dont correspond to line numbers in released calibre 3.34.0 and I cannot replicate the error in any browser.

Make sure you are actually running up-to-date calibre and ask your clients to reload in their browsers.
