how to exit calibre-debug

ctrl-d does get me out, but then I need to kill it.
ctrl-c gets me out, but destroys my term as well.

I tried both exit() and exit. Nada. CALIBRE_DEVELOP_FROM is not set.

Try

sys.exit()

or

raise SystemExit()
