Kindle PW2 Firmware
Hi everyone,
I'm very sorry if this question has already been asked, or the answer to it is common senes, but if my kindle's firmware is later than the required downgraded firmware susceptible to a JailBreak, is it impossible to revert it back to it's stock firmware? I have a PW2, 2013, 90D4; running firmware 5.9.6.1. Is it impossible to downgrade and JB this device? Thanks in advance. Last edited by ZerOs1; 08-20-2018 at 05:43 AM. |

Yes. If your Kindle updated to 5.9.6.1 by itself or you did it manually, then there is no way to get it ready to jailbreak without doing the serial port.
