Simon & Schuster - over 400 freebies
Didn't see anyone else had posted this. Simon & Schuster has over 400 titles currently free. A lot of children's titles and novels, with a range of other stuff mixed in including classics (nice editions with extras included), cookbooks, humor and politics (a lot of that is dated). But some nice stuff in there if you have time to look. Unfortunately I don't have the time to give pointers. If you keep going past the freebies there are a lot of bargains at .99 and 1.99. If you're more interested in non-fiction I provided a separate link just for that. No idea how long these will be there.

Unlike the Open Road Media sale from December 2016 with about 3,000 freebies, it looks like this one may be going on at other retailers. I'm seeing several of the freebies from the first page at Amazon at Kobo.

A fairly good cross section of books I think. The list is so big it's a little intimidating. I got a little bored just searching the list. they might have been smarter to break it up into weekly or monthly sub lists.

Unfortunately, these links only show books where Simon & Schuster is listed as the publisher - not all of S&S's imprints.

You can also refine the searches by playing with some of the other fields. For example, adding &node=157305011 gives mysteries, 158566011 is romance, 157325011 is non-fiction, etc. Those are the only three I know right now...I'm sure other folks know other nodes, like sci-fi...

You can also search, for example, for the classics, which mostly have (Enriched Classics) in the title by adding &title=classics to the search.

So a little creativity can help knock down the hundreds of titles to something manageable.
