Links as unwanted footnotes
I am using Calibre Editor to convert a set of html docs to an epub. The html set has a table of contents page using many sub-page links using #. Example: href="chapt-6.html#sect-3". In the Calibre reader, these are treated as footnotes. Indeed, the target is shown in a smallish sub-window below the main text. But structurally, the are not footnotes. Is there a way to keep them from being treated as footnotes?.
