They must be swamped, because not only are the Terms and Conditions not on my page when I scroll down, but I can't even pull up gift cards to buy. I clipped the coupon, and nothing works after that.

I hope you were able to get it to work later. Amazon had major problems today!

When I tried the promo, I could not get the site to let me reload my balance, but it did work when I had the gift card e-mailed to myself.
