Customer Service Report: Falbe Publishing

Just thought I would give a shout out to some great customer service. Someone recommended Tracy Falbe's Rhys Chronicles recently, reminding me that I had downloaded the first book (available for free with sign-up -- nice touch) in HTML format, but never read it, as I never got around to converting it. On a fluke, I emailed the author/publisher to see if there were any plans to offer the books in eReader format (my personal preference), and Presto-Change-O, almost immediately the new format is available and the author even sent me a copy of the converted Book I.

I know Falbe Publishing (the author or otherwise) participates on these forums from time to time, so I wanted to highlight one of the rare instances of pleasant customer service I have had of late! Hopefully I will get a chance to start on the book this weekend!

So to Tracy Falbe, thank you!
