Hi everyone! I just joined this site a few minutes ago. I'm a total newbie to chat groups, but I thought I'd take a chance on an e-book site, because I love to read. My e-reader is the Amazon Kindle, and I've never uploaded from anywhere other than the Kindle Store (by wireless connection). But I'm having trouble finding foreign-language books or FREE non-copyright works, so I'm thrilled I found this site.

I'm looking forward to lots of successful browsing for Kindle-friendly materials, and making some online friends. That's all for now.

Welcome welcome. You will have alot of fun here. The best place to visit for free Kindle books (public domain and creative commons) is feedbooks. You can download them right from your Kindle using Whispernet too. Check out this link. http://feedbooks.com/help/kindle
